These terms apply when you use SatvikMeals — our website www.satvikmeals.in and our pure-vegetarian tiffin, instant delivery and bulk-order services in Patna, Bihar. By placing an order or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
SatvikMeals is a 100% pure-vegetarian food business based in Patna. We provide daily tiffin subscriptions, single on-demand meals, customised cooking (with or without onion and garlic), Jain / Satvik meals, catering for functions and puja, and bulk tiffin for PGs, hostels and offices.
Our kitchen is strictly pure vegetarian — no eggs, meat or fish. We offer no onion-garlic and Jain meals cooked in separate vessels. While we take dietary requests seriously, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients (including dairy, nuts and gluten). If you have a serious allergy, please tell us before ordering so we can advise honestly whether we can meet your needs.
We deliver across Patna including Boring Road, Bailey Road, Anandpuri, Rajendra Nagar, Kankarbagh, Gardanibagh, Patliputra Colony, Ashok Nagar, Kidwaipuri, Shastri Nagar, Ramkripal Nagar and Jaganpura. Delivery times are approximate and can be affected by weather, traffic or events beyond our control. If we ever miss or delay a delivery, message us and we'll make it right.
You can pause or resume an active subscription from your dashboard or by messaging us. Cancellations and any refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We work hard to deliver fresh, safe food on time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue is limited to the value of the affected order or the remaining value of your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
