• Contact number — your mobile number, so we can confirm orders and coordinate delivery over call or WhatsApp.
• Delivery location — the address and, if you allow it, the GPS coordinates you share so our delivery reaches the right door.
• Order & subscription history — the plans and meals you order, and your dietary preferences (e.g. Jain, no onion-garlic).
• Messages you send us — complaints, suggestions and support requests.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your meals to the correct address.
• To manage your tiffin subscription — activation, pausing, renewal and expiry reminders.
• To contact you about your orders by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To respond to your questions, complaints and feedback.
• To keep our service secure and prevent misuse.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make our website and communication work:

• Google Sign-In — to let you log in securely.
• WhatsApp — to send you order and account updates.
• Our email provider — to send you transactional emails (welcome, plan activation, reminders).
• Our delivery staff, who receive only the details needed to bring your food.

We may disclose information if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

• You can update your phone number and delivery location from your dashboard.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by messaging us.
• You can opt out of non-essential messages while still receiving essential order updates.
