How do I start a tiffin plan?

WhatsApp us your area and whether you want lunch, dinner or both, and Jain / no onion-garlic or regular. We'll confirm a weekly or monthly plan and start delivery. You can also browse plans on our Plans page.

Can I pause or cancel my tiffin?

Yes. You can pause or resume any active plan from your dashboard, or just message us. See our refund & cancellation policy for details.

Do you take bulk orders for PGs, hostels or offices?

We do. Share your headcount on WhatsApp and we'll send a per-plate quote and a sample menu. Learn more on our bulk tiffin and PG & hostel tiffin pages.

There's a problem with my delivery — what do I do?

Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your name and what went wrong. We take missed or incorrect deliveries seriously and will make it right — see our refund policy.
