Service

SatvikMeals provides subscription-based vegetarian meal delivery in Patna, Bihar. We reserve the right to modify menu items, delivery schedules, and pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Instamojo. SatvikMeals does not store your payment card information. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each subscription period.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the subscription start date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Contact us on WhatsApp for any refund requests.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, and phone number to process your subscription and deliver meals. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for payment processing and delivery. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
