Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the subscription start date
- Technical errors that result in duplicate charges
- Service unavailability on our part for extended periods
No Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:
- Partially used subscription periods
- Change of mind after the subscription has started
- Delays due to weather or traffic conditions
- Quality complaints not reported within 2 hours of delivery
